The counter is usually open during set times, either only in the morning or throughout the day for certain periods. Counters are often closed on weekends. Very inconvenient if you need garments during times that the counter is closed! We offer a solution that provides the opportunity to collect garments 24 hours a day.

The LCT-Textilligence garments distribution system offers a solution to the issues of availability caused by set counter hours. Our systems are available for garments distribution 24/7. Since the system is fully automated, the human intervention is reduced to a minimum.

Clean garments from the laundry service are loaded into our Chiptex Liner system automatically. The system detects a request for clean garments even while it is restocking. The restocking process is then paused to distribute the garments. This way, employees can collect clean garments while the Chiptex Liner is restocking.

Inventory control

Thanks to our user-friendly management application, you can easily manage the process yourself. For instance, the system indicates which type of garments is low, and therefore shows the minimum stock necessary to provide all employees with the right garments. It also indicates whether and when a potential shortage is looming. This offers the chance to anticipate so there is always a sufficient amount of garments in circulation.

In addition to the reports that the system can provide mentioned above, it can indicate many more alerts and notifications in order to easily manage the garments distribution.
